【Polish Design】專案經理 Project Manager(兼職 月薪)

工作內容:

• 專案規劃與管理
  • 多軌進行掌握專案各個項目：時程、預算、資源分配
  • 定期追蹤執行狀況，確保項目按計劃進行
  • 確認專案需求，撰寫需求規格書與提案文件
  • 負責專案對外及對內的溝通與協調
• 數據收集與分析洞察
  • 收集並整理內部、外部服務相關數據
  • 制定埋點規格，洞察並分析用戶行為
  • 與工程師及其他團隊成員合作，提出數據驅動的優化方案

必要條件:

• 專案管理經驗
  • 2-3 年以上專案管理經驗，有軟體專案背景優先
  • 能有效協調與推動專案，並順利結案
• 溝通與問題解決能力
  • 能快速發現問題、釐清問題並提出具體解決方案
  • 熟練跨部門及外部客戶溝通，能在多樣需求中整合共識
• AI 素養及工具應用
  • 了解如何使用 ChatGPT 或其他 AI 工具，簡化並提升工作效率
• 遠端合作能力
  • 熟悉遠端協作流程及工具，具備自我管理與高度責任感
  • 能適時溝通進度、主動解決問題
• 中文溝通能力

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
  • Oversee, manage and track multiple project tracks, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Clarify project requirements and prepare detailed specifications and proposals.
  • Serve as the key communicator, both internally and externally, for all project matters.

• Data Collection and Insights:
  
  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Project Management Experience:
  • 2-3 years of project management experience, with a preference for backgrounds in software projects.

• Communication and Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong ability to identify issues, clarify problems, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Skilled in cross-departmental and external client communication, able to integrate diverse needs and reach consensus.

• AI Literacy and Tool Proficiency:
  • ChatGPT or other AI tools.

• Remote Collaboration Skills:
  • Experience working in remote teams and using collaboration tools, with strong self-management and a high level of accountability.
  • Ability to proactively communicate project progress and resolve issues independently.

• Mandarin Communications Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Data and Analytics Tools:
  
  • Proficient in GA4, GTM, Search Console, or other analytics tools.

• iOS Ecosystem and Mobile Tools:
  • Ability to assist in planning mobile project requirements or advancing app analytics.

• Design and Collaboration Software:
  • Tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Slack, and Google Workspace.

• 3D Software Development Project Experience:
  • Experience with Three.js, WebGL, or other 3D/AR/VR/XR projects is a plus.

• English Communication or Writing Skills:
