Job Description

  • 0800電話接線/各渠道信箱回覆: 成為公司和客戶之間的橋樑,通過專業、熱情的電話應對和電子郵件回覆,提供卓越的客戶服務體驗,讓每一位客戶感受到被重視
  • 一般客訴處理: 迅速有效地解決客戶的各種投訴問題,提升品牌信譽,並從中汲取寶貴的改進意見,不斷優化服務
  • 顧客滿意度關懷電話: 主動與客戶聯繫,了解他們的需求和建議,提供關懷服務,維護顧客關係
  • 報表數據分析及簡報整理: 分析業務數據,製作完善的報告,為決策者提供有力的依據,助於公司策略的制定和實施
  • 其他主管交辦事項: 掌握各種挑戰,靈活應對主管交付的各項任務

Requirements

  • 熟悉office應用程式(以word、excel、powerpoint尤佳)
  • 具基礎英語會話能力
  • 中文打字50字/分以上

TTFB Group has been established for more than 30 years.
